Natchez Trace State Park is a gorgeous park to walk around. Do the "Cub Creek Trail", it's a lush little walk, and if you have time hike the four miles around the beautiful Cub Lake. It's not a particularly busy state park, but on holidays you'll have some moderate crowds.

This is a beautiful area. We were able to reserve an RV spot in the Wrangler Camp Area. There’s little to no signage however. Based on the previous reviews, we thought we’d be able to see more of the historic Natchez Trace but some of what was listed here on the reviews, isn’t actually located at this section of the Natchez Trace trail. We didn’t explore all of the park as it’s quite large. The spots were secluded and quiet enough we were able to relax and enjoy it.

This was a wonderful campsite for tent camping! We loved that our spot was secluded, but it was still close enough to the facilities to be convenient. There is a nice swimming area and boating area (kayaks and paddle boats).

Trails were not marked and Waze had a hard time getting us to the main entrance.
