“Fresh and local ingredients”
Originally open from 1997 to 2004, Tanya's Soup Kitchen has always been known for creating modern, delicious food with a decidedly cool vibe. No one makes soup as well as Tanya does, with as much care and craftsmanship as any work of art. Reopening in April 2011, Tanya uses as many fresh, local ingredients as possible with a menu that is flexible and seasonal. The core menu features dishes that diners will remember from the original Tanya's Soup Kitchen, as well as daily specials that will take advantage of the availability of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
