At an elevation of 5,400 feet, Spout Springs is located along Oregon State Highway #204 halfway between Weston and Elgin. With a family oriented atmosphere, the ski area offers opportunities for the beginning skier as well as the advanced. Skiers can take advantage of both day and night skiing with two chair lifts, a T-bar, and 11 ski runs. Spout Springs also offers almost 10 miles of groomed and marked cross-country ski trails. Spout Springs Resort is open Wednesday and Thursday for night skiing, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for day skiing, and Friday and Saturday for night skiing. Lift tickets are: Adults - $25.00, Students - $23.00, Children - $19.00, Night Skiing - $18.00, Cross-country ski trails - $8.00. They offer downhill skiing, snowboarding, 16 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, also food service, rentals, and instruction. For more information you may contact Spout Springs at 541-566-0320.
