This was a great stop with kids. The board walk is easy to travel, and my kids loved it. There is constant smoke and a continuous wave the comes out of the wave. Just thinking that this rhythmic wave coming from deep within a cave has been routinely doing this for hundreds or years or more is amazing. Worth a stop for sure.
This in the Mud Volcano area just a bit north of the Lake Hotel. It makes great gurgling and hissing sounds!
Great sound! It was so cool to see steam and splashing and hear the growling/roaring! I was there in October and it didn't smell at dragons mouth. Far down the path to the left, however, super stinky.
This was really really cool to see because the steam coming out of the cave came in spurts like there was a dragon breathing in it. It did smell pretty bad though.
This is not where this is. We could not find it. There was no turn off for this location.
