Stop in to the Salt Flats Cafe, located right next to the flats that have been the site of the breaking of the land speed record countless times. The restaurant proper will appeal to any racing fan, as the decorations form a shrine to past racers and dare devils who have made history on the flats. The food is pretty great,too. Many reviewers note the generous portions, excellent service, delicious recipes, and, what’s best, the low price tag.
