“in Waynesville’s Historic Frog Level”
In the summer of 2001, Warehouse 66 finally found us… …as if it had just been waiting all these years for us to walk through the doors and give it a new life. Located in Waynesville’s Historic Frog Level, which served as the town’s industrial district from the late 1880s until the late 1940s, the warehouse was built between 1916 and 1924. Widely known throughout Waynesville as Boyd Wholesale Grocery for most of its years, we did our best to preserve as many historical features as possible, which give the building a rustic nostalgia that makes everyone feel warm and cozy, like they’re somewhere they’ve been before. This historic space is now home to our café, espresso bar, and coffee roastery. Come experience our incredible staff and customers, share time together with friends, or spend some quality time alone. Enjoy a warm latté or crisp salads on our back deck, overlooking Richland Creek – or settle down into a couch, and let the day wash over you. To all of those people who have become part of the Panacea family, we thank you. This is your space, your very own panacea.
