They are cheating me out of my ELECTRIC deposit claiming I was supposed to give them 7 days notice of my intention to leave at the end of the MONTH I paid for.

The seven days is in their rules but it applies to refunds on early departures.
Has nothing what so ever to do with people leaving at the end of their paid for time.

Management told me they don't care about Texas law and I should sue
the owner. I'm sure they were referring to the local court in Waskom.

What they are doing is a violation of Public Utility law and that is a
State Court Issue. Far above Municipal Court Jurisdiction.

Found quite by accident stopping to check my route and so happy I did! Very nice park and very nice people running it. Large pull thru site for my fifth wheel, full hook ups including cable, nice lighting at the site and super convenient to I20 in TX just across the state line west of Shreveport. Gladly stop again when passing thru.
