Built from the ground up to redefine the American butcher shop, Red Apron incorporates the best of American and European butcher, charcuterie, and salumi traditions while adding healthy doses of subversive attitude and fearless innovation. We will never compromise our ultimate goal: to serve you the very best meats and meat products—from animals that are sustainably raised without antibiotics or hormones and certified humanely treated—that we can source and create.  Products include Bresaola, Wild Boar Salami, Spek, ‘Nduja, Coppa, Sopressata, Biraldo, Pastrami Short Ribs, Summer Sausage, Salami Toscano, Lonza, Pate de Champagne, Chiccoli, Prosciutto de Marva, Pepperoni, Mortadella, Salami Picante and more.  Sandwiches include Porkstrami, Meatloaf, Italian Beef, Meatball and other rotating special sandwiches. Other prepared items include a range of artisanal hot dogs and our Original Red Apron burger. We also carry fresh cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken and artisanal sausages to take away and cook at home.
