WHEN BOOKING, PLEASE CONFIRM MEETING SPOT. Virginia Balloons flies the safest, most advanced Hot Air Balloon systems in the world. Our pilots have thousands of hours of experience in the air. Your Virginia Balloons Hot Air Balloon Adventure includes a flight in Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, or the Virginia Lake Country (during season) in one of our four- to six-passenger Hot Air Balloons. These adventures include champagne or cider following the balloon adventure! We meet and fly at sunrise and again around 4 hours before sunset every Day. This is when the winds are the calmest. Our balloons often fly twice a day weather permitting. On every Hot Air Balloon Adventure we Fly from somewhere to somewhere in our Balloons. We determine the general area we want to land and transport our Balloons and passengers up wind to the best “Launch location”. Then we fly back to our landing areas. Most all of our Hot Air Virginia Balloon Charters are a 3 hour adventure with the flight itself being 45 to 60 minutes. Coastal charters are sometime shorter with limited landing areas. Some flights are longer then others; we do the best we can. Please wear soft sole shoes and dress comfortably in layers.  The balloon’s burners put off radiant heat in the passenger area of the basket and it’s about 15 degrees warmer in the balloon then it is outside. It’s for this reason we do not fly when the outside air temperature is over 93 degrees. We feel 108 degrees is too hot for the passengers to enjoy the Balloon Adventure. Dress comfortably and leave your pocket book locked in your car.  It’s OK to bring your cameras but we are not responsible for lost or damage to cell phones, cameras or any other personal belongings during our Balloon adventures. If we have to cancel your Balloon Adventure due to excessive winds or weather we will reschedule you immediately. Please select a few dates prior to arriving for your Balloon Adventure should we have to cancel.
