“one of America's best Rv Resorts”
In this green valley oasis, nestled beside the tranquil Virgin River, and surrounded by painted mountains, our guests enjoy the best facilities and service. Our resort has been designed to accommodate the smallest to the most sophisticated recreational vehicles on the road today. Our friendly staff and hospitality brings vacationers and snowbirds back year after year. Just minutes from Zion National Park, we are ideally located for easy access to one of the nations most beautiful parks. Zion River Resort is also the perfect base camp for day trips to Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, Cedar Breaks National Monument and many other of the Southwest's most popular destinations. Visit our Itineraries page for vacation adventure ideas.
We were checking on places to stay in our rv for a week and very sad that they are immature on dogs. Due to us having 2 very well behaved rescue pittbulls we are turned away from yet another park. I really hope one day that these parks will wake up to the fact that not all animals with an "aggressive breed" are anywhere remotely aggressive. Wake up America!
These couple of bad reviews are giving this parking an unfairly low average rating. I have stayed at hundreds of parks and this is one of the nicest I've been in. It's very very well-maintained, sites are nice and large, the driveways are easy to navigate and there's tons of green space and beautiful big trees everywhere. It's right next to Highway nine but even the sites next to the highway are setback and I did not notice traffic noise overnight. There a playground area is a nice dog run plenty of places to walk your dog and private restrooms with showers. There's also a nice tent camping area if you're traveling light. Oh yeah and there's a pool and hot tub and it's 12 miles to Springdale and Zion national Park. Office is open late I think until 10 PM so if you don't like that online reservation system just call them. I'm a big fan and will definitely be back. @Airstreamin.
One of the nicest parks we have experienced. Clean spacious and well maintained.
We were there one night in for 4th of July. Great facilities but way too hot so we left a day early. The resort had a nice pool and great amenities. We had a site on the edge with no shade and very little space but the inside shaded pull throughs were very nice. We booked too late to get one of those spots due to holiday. Nice folks. About 15 min from Springdale ams park entrance. There is a shuttle from park but it only runs once per day 8am drop and 2pm pickup.
This is a great place to stay. We extended our stay there given our kids liked it so much. Clean, everything available, great pool and very helpful staff.
This is an amazing resort, VERY clean, pool and playground for the kids, river with frogs in the summer and a 7 mile skip into Zion. The staff is very helpful, and if you are feeling lazy, for a very reasonable price, they make dinner.
We plan entire vacations around staying at this resort and can't wait to get back up there again
Beautiful and extremely clean and well kept
Great place for our family of 6 traveling in an RV to stay when we came to see Zion. Clean pool and hot tub and playground.
We enjoyed our two night RV stay here. Our three teenagers loved it as well. Very close to Zion National Park. The RV park backs up to the Virgin River and we enjoyed sitting our chairs in the river in the evening. Their general store had a good supply of RV supplies, drinks, ice, souvenirs, and items you didn’t think you needed. They also have a rock mining in front. You purchase the bag of dirt and go mine your rocks. Our three teenagers enjoyed it.
Unbelievable RV resort. This is not your average campground. The pictures on this site do NOT capture how nice a place this is. The best bath/shower facility as well as laundry I've ever seen at a campground. Location, not only beautiful, but perfectly located to visit Zion N.P. The $7 shuttle ride the resort offers us perfect., about 15 minutes with a friendly and informative shuttledriver, then you can hop on the free shuttles provided in the park. The grounds of this resort are very nicely maintained...several dumpsters through out park are convenient. Nightly social offerings are conducted in their Social Hall. Pool, clean and refreshing....rest rooms/showers are the BEST I've ever experienced in a campground....and oh, the laundry room is clean, 4 sets of modern machines that work! The Camp Store/check in will blow your mind. Resonably priced souvenirs ($12 made in USA Tshirt), food items and camping necessities with generous store hours. I'll end this with saying all the staff had great customer service skills. We had a wonderful stay here!!!
