A truly fine dining experience is waiting for you at Nick’s! Our knotty pine dining room sits right on the shore of Waitts Lake and sets the mood for a very pleasurable evening.   Start with your favorite cocktail and an appetizer while you try to decide which of Nick’s signature dishes you would like to order. Then from our extensive wine list you can select a bottle of wine to compliment the meal.   Nick has been professionally cooking for over 30 years and personally prepares every entree on the dinner menu. Prime rib, filet mignon, and shrimp scampi are a few classic plates that he takes to the next level with his own seasonings and technique. .   And be sure to save room for desserts! Burnt cream, cobblers, and cheesecakes, to mention a few, are all homemade and even though you’ll be full you won’t be able to resist!
