It all began in 1976 when a young Greek immigrant opened his first restaurant in Athens, TN. John Couscos not only had great success, he also met the woman he would later marry. John and Pam married in 1979 and have 3 daughters, 1 son and 4 beautiful grandchildren. Over the past 30 years, they have owned and operated restaurants located throughout Tennessee, Georgia and finally finding their home in Valley, Alabama.
