Located within the neighborhood’s cornerstone, The Uptown Theater, the pub was founded on the principles of beer culture, conversation, and community. When you enter TGOP you may get a sense that it has been there for a very long time…in spirit is has. The owners are all South Uticans and more often than not, behind the bar working. The beer and drink selection is typically atypical and exciting. The music and the people throughout the Pub often exhibit some of the same funk, punk and rock characteristics. And the t.v. is always off.
