“One of the world's most photographed landscapes”
Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park is one of the world’s most photographed landscapes and more than 25 million years in the making. The self-guided loop road that winds through Monument Valley Park is suitable for car travel.
We drove MDX to the 17 mike scenic route. The dirt road is smooth and we saw many sedan force on it as well. Entrance is $20 per car for 4 people. Age 9 or under is free. We took the horse ride at the John Wayne 's inspiration point. The price was negotiable. We also hiked the 3.8 mile wildcat trail in the sunset around Mittens. Highly recommended
We drove our jeep RUBICON, from St. Augustine Fl. out to Monument Valley and had the best time. It is so BEAUTIFUL.
Nice but not included in my National parks pass worth 80 $. IAM not willing to add another 20 $ to my pack.
