Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on April 04, 2023We stayed here while we were visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks and the location is centrally the best you can get. Yes, there are places closer to each park, but this puts you 45-60 minutes from the visitor centers of each park without having to move too often.
It is located on an easy entry road so access is pretty straightforward as well.
The people working here are REALLY nice!
The wifi is pretty good except at night when everyone gets on to stream shows, and this helps because cell reception is almost nothing.
We did find the sites were a bit tight so just be prepared for that.
Overall, if you are looking for one place to access both National Parks, this RV park is great. They also have really good tent camping areas and pretty decent laundry. The bathrooms were nothing special but adequate.
Oh yeah, really not restaurants in Glendale and the grocery store 5 miles away is pretty basic. Best to come to this park prepared with all the food you expect to need for your stay.

I had to make a change of plans due to snow in another campground nearby so I can’t complain too much about the site since I wanted a pull-through and site 21 was the only one available. The staff is very friendly. Site 21 is basically an overflow spot in the gravel parking lot. The upside is that it is next to a large grassy area, which worked out well for walking my dogs. The other sites were a little nicer but very close together. The bath house/laundry is clean. Only 2 showers and two toilets. Large area with sink and mirror. Not as private as some campground facilities. There is some road noise as it sits right on US HWY 89. Very convenient for both Zion and Bryce. Free WiFi but it was very slow and sometimes didn’t work at all, possibly due to number of people using it.

We had planned to dry camp, but the weather didn’t cooperate and everything was muddy, so I started searching and Bauer’s had room. Our space was right next to the restroom, which was convenient, but unsettling for our dog. I imagine in the sunshine, this is a beautiful park; the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and warm. 😊. Very poor cell service, but the free WiFi worked well enough (2-3 bars). If I had known about this place ahead of time, and they had room, we would have stayed here for several days while visiting both Bryce and Zion so we wouldn’t have had to move. Good location! We would stay here again.

This is a nice family owned park that was in the middle of Zion and Bryce Canyon. We wanted to visit both parks so this was a neutral location. It had small green spaces for each camper with a picnic table. A little close together but we were ok because of the grassy spaces in between. Clean restrooms and showers and a cheap laundry. 1.50$! We felt relaxed and comfortable here. Nothing luxurious but for the location it is a good place for the money. We got ok WiFi. We streamed movies on Prime at night with no trouble. Sprint was slow. There is a good little store to get supplies for a reasonable price. They even had fresh produce!

We chose to stay at the Bauers Canyon Ranch as a campground nearby Zion National Park. This was our 3rd ever campground with our trailer, and my favorite of our trip. It was calm and peaceful, As there are not many RV spots in this campground, that helps to keep a quiet feel to this vacation stop.
The staff was courteous and hospitable. There are several pull thru sites available. We found the sites to be very level. Pads are compact dirt. Internet was fairly reliable though some disconnects occurred randomly. On site bathrooms were available with showers. We did use the showers nightly. Unfortunately, some prior guests bashed several holes in each of the doors that you close for privacy in the shower - not to the point where anyone can see through, but just so disrespectful of people who do such damage. Don't be that person! There are also trees in the park for a certain amount of shade.
The campground also has several sites available for tent campers.
As for the town of Glendale where Bauers is located, there is literally nothing to do in this town. You'll drive just over four miles to get to a grocery store.
As campgrounds go, this one is very pleasant and we would stay here again.

A nice park and very friendly young lady at the office, however it's very crowded and our picnic table was too close to the sewer connection of our neighbor. We tried to walk in the orchard as they advertise but could never find a gate. Lots of tent campers also and they have a nice green area but again packed in with almost no space between them. Only stayed one night because we had a different destination. So for just one night it was fine.

Sites are gravel which due to this year's crazy weather was very muddy for our visit in early April.
Bathrooms were clean the first day but were not cleaned daily (could be because its early in the season).
Cell phone coverage less than previous reviews provided and is the main reason why we would not return. Campground WiFi was good but slowed in the evening.
Good location for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Kanab.
Campsite backed to the orchard and did not hear any road noise.

Nice RV park overall. Fine hookups, rock pad. I had a pull through space for my 40 foot class A towing a small car and it fit just fine. Close to the road but not too close. No noise at night and people were very friendly. Would stay here again as a stop over.
