Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on September 06, 2020I have to say that these people really care for their guests. Bill Autry was the most congenial person I have encountered in a long time. I came in late and he waited patiently after normal business hours, even guiding me in over the phone. Thank You Big Time Bill, You are awesome. People, this couple deserves a packed park. They have my lifetime business.
Note make sure to call if you have trouble locating the park. There is construction on the main highway. Look for the AAA RV Park up in the air over the park - visible from the highway.

Park is not fancy but it is a very quick and easy stop for a night. All sites are pull-through with 30/50 amp, water, and sewer. Free Wifi but we did not try it. Good location if you want to stay a couple of nights and visit Discovery Park of America just up the road.

The lady is in the office and she is the reason for the high star rating! The campground is good. The not so good is the level of the sites, your front jacks (even on spacers) are all the way extended. The sites are close together, but those are the only negatives about this place. The staff is friendly, campground is clean and quiet and several are full timers so they keep an eye out. I would stay here again.

Called ahead and Jill had our paperwork and site ready upon arrival. It was convenient to the laundry where there was a table to relax and a TV to watch Monday Night Football while we waited. This was an outstanding overnight stop!
This campground has changed its name and used to be called AAA.

Electric water and sewer worked OK but the connection to the sewer was broke. Didn't use the bathrooms so I can't comment. Sites were extremely close together. All the sites I saw were out of level side to side and front to back. You need blocking to get level. I think I was the only traveling camper there the others were permanent with skirting and windows covered. Young working families. Owners were nice residents not so much. Stayed here to see the discovery America exhibit but would find another place if I was to come back.

We were in Union City visiting a friend but once we got here we sure wish we had more time to spend in this area since there’s much to do!
This campground is awesome! When we pulled in we saw that there’s an “on site RV repair”. We were having a small issue with our air-conditioner and was able to have it looked at and fixed by their certified RV technician, Lowell did it all for $90. Also, he gave us an education on how to maintain our air-conditioner! We are forever grateful to have found this lil’ gem! Highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks due to my husband working nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful. Host was so sweet. Office is really clean. I’d stay there again. Spaces are tight but we got used to it. Cute little dog park for doggies to run. Overall very nice stay.

Friendly staff. Park is located in an industrial park and across from a cornfield. Office area has laundry and shower. Had a gravel pad pull-through site to accommodate our 42 foot with tow. Perfect location for us to spend time seeing our kids living in Union City. Most sites appear longer term, but several pull through sites near the extremely quiet road appeared available for overnights. I was fortunate to get a site as I only gave less than 24 hour notice. Will call further ahead next time. Walmart is within a mile or so away.
