These are dinosaur tracks on the side of the highway on the Navajo Nation.
Very cool site to see. Beware, directions from this app are wrong, follow the signs on the side of the road. Technically free but the guides ask for a donation. They also have Navajo jewelry for sale. Definitely worth stopping if you're in the area.
Directions are poor from this app. Double check location before going here. We just went 16 miles out of our way.
Cool dinosaur tracks! We had an authentic Native American tour guide show us Dino tracks, skeletons and eggs. It was all free but they do take donations. Very interesting and worth the stop.
This is a great pit stop for everyone to stretch their legs. It’s just off the side of the road, we pulled off towing our 26’ travel trailer without problems. “Free” but runs off donations. Easy, open area for kiddos to explore and owners allow kids to keep cool rocks they find. Worth the stop if you need a quick stretch!
Definitely worth the stop! The men were really nice and shared great info about the fossils! You’re allowed to touch the fossils or whatever you want unlike if you were to go to a museum. The men only do it because they love it and don’t ask for money for the tour, but accept donations! Me and my boyfriend loved it and have great photos to show off to people!
Worth a stop!
Wrong location, the real tracks are in tuba city about 15 minutes before this location. Tracks are amazing and really worth the stop, just don’t do what we did and ignore the signs on the road and trust this map location!!

Kids favorite stop of the trip! Lots of opportunity to touch and feel dinosaur footprints, bones and eggs. Well with the $20 to our Navajo guide.
Great stop for the family. Kids loved it
