“On the border of Sequoia National Park”
Sequoia RV Ranch is located 8 miles from the southern entrance of Sequoia National Park in the gateway town of Three Rivers, California. The RV Ranch is situated in a rural setting along the north fork of the Kaweah River and is surrounded by hills and mature trees. The ranch has been under new ownership since 2007 and has undergone numerous renovations and upgrades to accommodate today's Recreational Vehicles. There are 54 spacious sites with plenty of room for slide-outs and awnings. A variety of sites are available from pull-thrus, back-ins, dry camping, water & electric only, and full hook-up sites which include cable TV. Several sites, including full hook-up sites, are located right along the river and a couple have decks. Most sites have concrete or brick patios, fire rings, picnic tables, and plenty of shade. Don't need all the bells & whistles? We also added a new Dry Camping area. Nice roomy sites under our huge Oak Trees! Sites offer a gravel pad, picnic table & fire pits. Running your generator is allowed in this area until 'quiet time' at 10pm. The property covers 21 acres to ride bikes, take walks, or play a game of horseshoes. The views of the river are breathtaking, as well as blue skies, wildflowers in the spring, beautiful changing colors in the fall and clear starry skies at night. You might see a deer or two & even wild turkeys roaming the campground. One of the major highlights on the ranch is a spring-fed swimming hole to cool off on warm days and don't forget your fishing pole. Campers have caught good size fish in season. The newly renovated clubhouse, located at the office, has a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. Have and RV club or Church group of 10 or more? Contact us for special rates. A full kitchen and meeting area is available to groups for a small fee. Groups can be booked from after Labor day until May 15th, Holidays excluded. Games, books, and puzzles are available for check-out and Sequoia RV t-shirts, sweatshirts, and caps are available for purchase. Need that perfect gift? Give the gift of 'camping'! Gift Certificates are now available. NEW FOR 2012 we have installed a brand new WiFi system that covers almost the entire campground. This new system is secured & requires a password. In addition our Bathhouse has received a 'makeover'! With new sinks, counter tops & all new fixtures in the showers. Our showers are now coin operated & we do keep a supply of quarters on hand in the office.

Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on May 17, 2022This place is absolutely amazing!! The staff was welcoming and nice. We used a dry campsite, just basic tent. The site had shade, which is always a plus and was large enough for a tent, car, picnic bench, campfire pit, and much much more. The whole property was beautiful. The biggest surprise was the swimming hole. We were expecting just to go take a dip with our 4 and 7 year old and ended up spending hours there jumping of the rocks and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
This a great RV park and campground. Each spot had a lovely shade tree. The swimming hole is a little slice of heaven with cool water and gorgeous scenery. The owners were super nice as well. I highly recommend this spot!
We ended up here because a heat wave kept us from dry camping at Lake Kaweah. It was the only park where we could find a site on the weekend, and although it was expensive we wanted to go to Sequoia so we bit the bullet.
Sites are close and on dirt with old broken concrete patios. We managed to get an end site so we had lots of open area but the interior sites were very tight. When I made the reservation I picked a water and electric site for $38/night but got a call later that day saying the computer system made an error and all we could get was a full hookup site for $49. After complaining we ended up with the end site and a rate of $44 for full hookups, still too much but there are only 3 RV parks near the entrance to Sequoia so it is understandable. Sites along the river are even more.
We were not close to the restrooms so didn't even look at them. Showers were 75 cents and there was a laundry room which we also didn't check out.
Wifi is included, and it was typical for an RV park. Sometimes it worked well and at others we could not even load email. There is no Verizon service in Three Rivers.
The park was nearly full over the weekend with lots of families and campfires but for the most part they were quiet.
It was an 8 mile drive to Sequoia National Park, and if it weren't for that we would not have stayed there.

This super shady campground was home for us while we visited the national park. It’s a great spot nestled in between small farms and North Fork Kaweah River. Our site was spacious, covered with shady trees, and backed up to the river. It was perfect compared to the gravel lot we were parked in for the last two nights.
We meet some nice families at this park, and made a few friends. Staff is friendly enough, just wish they had a store for those last minute items.
Right around the corner (on the highway actually) is Three Rivers Brewery. Don't leave without trying their Honey Ale! Super tasty.

Very nice people... Laurie checked us in.. we were going to stay for two nights but decided to stay an extra two nights.
Nice local town... but beware of the ‘need for chains’ in Sequoia National park... they ( the park rangers) make you rent or buy them before allowing you in but we didn’t need them so it seems like a bit of a scam... $50 per day!!!!
Next time I would buy my own set before setting off. Great RV Park and on the Good Sam listings....

R27 is not a river-front site, despite the rate. Beautiful, quiet when I arrived mid-week. Full hookups, sewer. Everything was clean and easy to access. Friendly staff! Office closes at 4pm, though.

It was nice here. We got the river view with full hook ups so that’s why we paid a little extra but we were ok with that. It was nice out and the kids had fun riding the bikes around and kicking the ball. I would come here again.

Our family rented five sites ( 3 river front, 1 across the street and a tent site). Nice hosts, they offered to let us store our RV on property for a week without paid while we went skiing in Tahoe.
