A local group of friends, Chris Arreola, Trudy Cooper, John Cooper, Michelle Ponte, and Chef Chris Ponte have created a Kitchen and Bar in historic Hyde Park Village. On Swann is a contemporary American bistro featuring a seasonal menu… thoughtfully sourced with local character. The zinc bar encourages exploration and curiosity with spirits, cocktails, craft beers, and a wine list for all. The open kitchen prepares a menu designed for sharing lighter offerings or having your own coursed meal.
