The Blue Tusk was established in 1995 as an outpost during the Great Craft Beer Revolution with the mission of providing flavorful, heady refreshment and tasty gourmet munchies. On day one we had just three extremely tasty brews on tap plus an arsenal of bottled artisan beers. Our patrons enjoyed a selection of fine wines and cigars. Eighteen years, three expansions and 66 more craft beers on tap later we are proud to say The Blue Tusk mission is going strong and we're glad to still be a part of the Great Craft Beer Revolution!
