Ad Astra Food & Drink is a new American restaurant located along Scenic Byway 177 in Strong City, Kansas. We are minutes away from the Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve and the historic Chase County Courthouse. Our menu is diverse enough to satisfy any appetite. We offer everything from meat-and-potato meals to vegan and gluten-free fare. We have a full bar and offer craft beers on tap.
