Welcome to the gateway to Denver and the Rocky Mountains. This KOA on the eastern plains has long, level pull thrus for big rigs or the family trailer, plus Deluxe Cabins, Camping Cabins and Tent Sites with electric. Soak in the adults-only hot tub or relax in the heated pool (both seasonal). Enjoy the pavilion, game room, basketball, horseshoes and bike rentals. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are free. This KOA gives you easy access off I-70 to Denver International Airport and regional activities. Visit Elitch Gardens theme and water park, Water World and more. Tour the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, Colorado History Museum and Coors Brewery. KOA is open year-round, but office hours are reduced in the winter. Treat yourself to pizza, a weekend pancake breakfast, ice cream in the parlor or java in the Koffee Shop. Let your dog run in the pet park. All staff is fully trained in CPR and AED. Friendly staff - sights were close but still offered ample room. Site we were in had hook ups farther away from where we needed to park but still reachable. Hunters pizza offered from the office was good and reasonably priced. Close to the interstate so had some noise. Access to the location was tighter but still very. manageable.

Location right next to highway- sounds are right outside window. Hunt’s Pizza was good for the price if you load up on toppings! Sites were ok, but no drains for the high price. COVID masks suggested on a large sign, but staff did not adhere to their sign. Friendly staff.
