The Department of Recreation is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and promoting a sense of community within Queen Anne’s County.  In partnership with our citizens, we provide quality comprehensive park and recreation programs, facilities and services, which respond to the changing needs within our communities. We strive to preserve, enhance and protect our open spaces and natural resources to enrich the quality of life for the present and future generations in a safe and secure environment.
