“Along "The Blues Highway"”
Highway 61 is a stretch of road known as "The Blues Highway," connecting St. Louis to New Orleans. The Roadhouse celebrates all the great food in this region, from Midwestern comfort food to barbecue and all the way down to Cajun and Creole. Guy tried the BBQ Spaghetti (yes, you read that right). Food Network star Guy Fieri stopped by Hwy 61 Roadhouse in the summer of 2012 and filmed an episode of his show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. The show featured the dishes Red Beans and Rice, BBQ Spaghetti and Cajasian Pot Stickers. Be sure to experience the Memphis and New Orleans feel right here in Webster Groves.
