Check out the menu here locu.com! Located in a renovated 1930’s Standard Oil Filling Station, Olio is an unusual, yet very charming setting for a grown-up wine bar and eatery. The building’s garage door, salvaged windows, marble counter tops, and modern lighting fixtures make for a memorable experience. Olio is half of chef/owner Ben Poremba’s ambitious dual project. Adjacent to Olio (and connected to it via a dramatic corridor) is Elaia, a exquisite 30-seat fine dining establishment, situated in a renovated 1890’s house in the Historical Botanical Heights neighborhood in South St. Louis.
