“Classic Greek & Casual American Restaurant St. Louis”
Gus Botonis and Nick Avouris Chef/Owner are cousins from the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece and are the backbone of their new venture, Dado's Cafe. They have 30+ years of experience each in the hospitality field in various applications and this was a restauraunt they discussed for years before coming across the right location and decided fall 2015 was time to finally make it happen. The Dado's Cafe recipes range from authentic family favorites from the Mediterranean, such as Mousaka, Pastitchio, and treasured Dolmades. The Appetizer section contains quintessential savory specialties, such as Spanikopita, Saganaki, and Calamari. You'll also discover a surprising amount of American fare, such as Chicken Parmesean, Burgers, and Sandwiches. A new Pizza menu has just been introduced, along with a fun cocktail menu which will be on the tables next week!
