What happens when two science teachers who love microbiology, great beer, and everything aquatic meet? Well, first they get married. Then, they open a brewery. Tidal Brewing Company is dedicated solely to the quality of our craft. No BS, no gimmicks. Just good beer with good people. We strive to adhere to the historical traditions of brewing with a new world flavor in a laid back atmosphere.

After years of hard work and a whole lot of beer, we have finally started our own brewery. Using Florida's beautiful landscape and high vibes as our inspiration, we challenge ourselves to create new taste combinations for the beer enthusiast in everyone using fresh and local local fruits, herbs and spices. It is our goal to brew and bring nothing but original, high quality craft beer to our home in Spring Hill, Florida, while continuing to grow a diverse industry centered around authenticity and excellence.
