If you've been to a KOA before, you'll know what to expect, acceptable camping accommodations for a brief stay.

Sites are gravel and close together. The wifi was slow and the laundry room a bit dingy.

The campground is located next to a train track and the trains come through blowing their horns at all hours of the night. We had the air conditioner running to block the noise and could still hear the trains.

Nothing to rave about, our spot was supposed to be one of the shadiest but we barely had any shade. We got a lot of work done during our stay so we were mainly inside. The turn over rate was pretty high and the dog area was great! We didn't get to check out the pool but it looked nice enough.

Yes loud train all night but noise is nice for us, especially trains.

This is one of the worst. It's your basic KOA parking lot style park, not particularly well kept up, but they are trying.

The most important thing to know is that there is a train track literally a few yards from the RV park, and the trains go all night, and they are not shy about using their whistle. I don't think I slept more than a couple hours in a row the whole time we were there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this KOA. We were here for 13 nights, and loved this park. The staff were friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Although the sites were a bit close together in the A row, we enjoyed being close to the playground. It was the perfect size for kids under 8. The pool was heavily used as well, although we didn't use it but once. The wifi worked great (well enough for us to use for work), which is unheard of at most campgrounds. There was some train noise, but it did not bother us, I actually enjoy the trains. However, if I was tent camping I probably wouldn't. This is a very well taken care of campground, in a great location, close to shopping, bike trails, multiple parks and playgrounds - we look forward to returning!

This is a smaller KOA, but it is clean and tidy. We only stayed a night here over the summer and we snagged the last spot for the night by calling earlier in the day to reserve it (busy in early August), as they had received a cancellation. Family activities that night. The one thing worth mentioning is that this park is between CDA (Coeur d'Alene) & Spokane...for those visiting both locations, this might be helpful. There are also many fabulous orchards and farms within a short drive (like Walters Fruit Ranch). We received a bargain rate because we cashed in some KOA points to pay for our stay, so we basically only had to pay the tax. We also had an end site, which felt more spacious, and pull through spot that worked for our 38 foot fifth wheel.

We stayed for the second year at the Spokane KOA. The staff was very friendly and let us into our spot early (we arrived about 3 hours before formal check-in time). We reserved a pull-through spot with 50 amp service. The sites are still getting spruced up for the summer camping season and the park was pretty full over the weekend.

The only negative about this location is that it is close to train tracks and you should be prepared around 4 or 5 am to hear the sound of train horns.

The camp was clean, staff was friendly. They have a pool and movie night and plenty of activities. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. My only complaint as a tent camper was the LOUD train that woke me up at least 6 times throughout the night.

We arrived and asked for a large site to accommodate us. We were told we could have a tiny site and park in overflow parking for an additional fee. I knew they had larger sites available from searching online earlier, so I asked for one of those. The teenager behind the counter said, “Oh, yeah, we have those available.” Because you wouldn’t want to try to accommodate the larger rig with a site that actually works for it, would you? We got settled at our site and sat down to eat dinner, only to have our hearing damaged by the train. You can’t see the tracks from the site, but they’re about 20 feet from the property fence. Why wouldn’t they plant some trees or put up some kind of a sound barrier?!

We have 27’ TT. Snagged a full hookup pull through with shade. Staff helpful. Restrooms clean. Train only woke me up once! We didn’t use many of the offerings but it’s a nice place. Saw laundry but didn’t use.

The trains were brutal, two sets of tracks, and a road crossing, so four horn blasts all night long. Also, how about some courtesy with the led exterior floodlights on all the damn trailers.

Pool was cold as hell as well.
