Nice small park and attraction. It has a nice information center and a great photo opportunity. The park has a nice circular drive so it is easy to get through with a larger travel trailer.
Great photo opportunity. There is also an astronaut outside the museum on Main Street for a photo too!
Love the city but would love a RV park to stay over and ride bikes. Campgrounds in town are for tents only.
Very cool memorial. We had to ask for directions when we got to the freeway. Google maps didn’t take us exactly to the statue. However, everyone in town was very nice and pointed the way. This is also a hub of many bike paths. Everyone had a bike. If you like to ride your bike this is a place for you.
Very cute little park! Shady trees and a lovely little creek running through. Questionable porta potty but ok in a pinch.
It was pretty cool to see. Way bigger than we thought it would be. Would have been nice if there was more history posted on it
Neat stop for anyone that is like me and loves cheesy roadside attractions for photo ops!
Cute stop with picnic tables and pavilion. Riverside bike paths wind around park. Evidently Sparta is the bicycle capitol of the US--who knew.
Stop by the Shell station on the way down the road for daily fresh delivered cheese curds!
Nice spot to take a break from driving with some pics. Nothing too crazy.
Worth the short jaunt off the interstate. Good photo op!
