Nice place overall. Good location and no road noise. The site we had in area G was all dirt and dusty but we were able to level and the hookups all worked fine. Very expensive place for what you get but it is in Lake Tahoe where everything is expensive. This is a good place for families and the trees were beautiful.
Site was unlevel. They know your rig size before arriving. They had 2 40’ plus backed in behind one another. That meant we were literally hanging in the road with no place to park. They closed the pool at 4pm….WTH?!? They say they have to when construction is going on. Then why plan activities at the pool during prime time (belly flop contest) and not let people use the pool during ideal hours in a Saturday. I would recommend finding somewhere else in the area that accommodates you and not that packs people in like sardines without a care in the world. Parents if you take your kids to the park being a chair. No benches.
Nice location, huge beautiful pine trees, quiet, no road noise. They have a pool, general store, tennis/pickleball court, trolley station. Our camp site, #310 in Area F, was all dirt and really dusty. Camp sites on the other side (like Area E) were much nicer with wood chips and no dust (that might be changeable depending on maintenance schedules, maybe ask when making reservation).
