Experience the freshness and exclusivity of beer that you can't get anywhere else! Gandy Dancer Brew Works was established as an homage to home brewers and the tasty craft beer they create. In fact, each and every beer that Gandy Dancer brews is a collaboration between Perry Volden, our esteemed brewmaster, and a local home brewer. Gandy Dancer continuously brews new beers and there are up to six Gandy Dancer beers on tap at any given time. In addition to our Gandy Dancer originals, there are 12 additional beers on tap from around the world. Monks is a craft beer bar well known for its extensive selection of craft brews, but Monks is also home to a unique assortment of delicious food. Served from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm seven days a week, our kitchen prepares each meal from scratch with the freshest ingredients.
