A small(ish) park but spaces that will accommodate large rigs. The smallish aspect is nice because both the owners and residents are very friendly and helpful.
There is a nice little clubhouse that offers a pleasant sitting and visiting area, both inside and out. A little book and DVD library are available. One each mens and women's, private bathroom which are kept very clean. One washer and dryer, $1 ea, we did a lot of laundry and there was never a back up.
The owners are long time residents of the area and can likely answer any questions you might have.

This park was absolutely adorable. First off, make sure you call ahead, as there is not always someone on site if you just drive in. The roads are gravel and there is a lot of vegetation in and amongst the sites. They are pretty close together, but they are so well kept, we didn't mind that. We had no trouble getting level. The club house houses the bathrooms and laundry and it is closed at night. Opens at 7. The road in is a bit washboarded, but not bad.

There is no excuse for a legitimate business to not take credit cards in 2019. Unless you think that today's 80 year old RVers are going to live forever and keep coming to you with their personal checks, you need to act like you run an actual business and accept credit cards. Unless of course your business plan is to go out of business in the next 10 years, and then you're on the right track.

Sites are scattered around the property rather than in rows so feels more like a state park. The owner met us on arrival and escorted us to our site. Park is very quiet yet just a few minutes to Silver City. Two hour awesome scenic drive to Gila Dwellings.

It is very well maintained and our site was a pull through site that felt pavement even though it was gravel. We came in late at night and the sites are private because of the vegetarian around you. Virginia was our host took care of us real well. They have a fitness center and you can even rent movies. The RV park is somewhat hidden until you get there but she talked us through it real well. It was about the same price as the KOA a few miles away. But the sites appear to me more private here.

A small and delicately laid out park just off the main drag but full of trees and quiet. John and Barbara were super friendly and I loved the laundry rooM for all its space. Try your best to get Site 12, which backs right up against the addl 5 acres that they own. Even has stone steps that go right into it and that was great for impromptu hiking and dog walking. Five min into town! There was WiFi but it really didn’t work at our site but our Verizon hotspot did the trick.

The hosts were very helpful with anything we needed. The spots are spacious and are surrounded with trees and bushes, which was nice. As another reviewer said the laundry room was very nice and included two washers and dryers as well as a whole library of books and games. Also, the WiFi was blazing fast. There are plenty of long term residents, but they were very nice and the park is well kept. This is a great hub to explore the Gila National Forest, as the entrance to road 15 is just down the road.

We chose Manzano’s RV Park to see the Gila National Forest and cliff dwellings on our way through NM to AZ. It’s always a little nerve racking arriving at a campground traveling with a 43’ 5th wheel toy hauler and dually truck wondering if we’ll actually fit in the site they have for us. John greeted us warmly like old friends and assured us they had a great site for us that both our truck and trailer would fit. Site 10 was roomy and they had others that would’ve worked for us as well. While we were there the owners, John & Barbara, smoked brisket to share at a socially distanced barbecue, it’s always so nice to stay at a place where the ownership is invested in the experience. There are trails to walk through the land surrounding the campsites. Very quaint, nice sense of community, friendly ownership, laundry, and full hooks up, we’d be happy to stay there again!

We stayed at lot 21 which had an awesome view of sunset and mountains. The owner walked us to our site and told us a couple ways we could pull in depending on our preferences. They have owned the park only 8 months and have done so much to improve it. We didn't hear a peep from neighbors. Site was spacious as well.

We highly recommend Manzanos and it’s new owners. Keep them in your file, they have lots of great ideas for making this RVpark even better- adding boondooking area, tent camping, dog run. I can see why so many people come and can’t seem to leave.
