“Brewing beer since 1914”
From its earliest time under the Shiner Brewing Association in 1909, to that fateful day in 1914 when Kosmos Spoetzl saw an opportunity to bring classic Bavarian brewing traditions to his fellow immigrants, through the "great experiment" of prohibition and great depression, the "LittleBrewery" has stuck to what they know the best- handcrafting the finest beer! The makers of the ubiquitous Shiner Bock, the spoetzel brewery has been hand crafting this brew locally since 1909. Today, the brewery has grown rapidly and distributes about six million cases of their delicious brew across the states a year. Stop in and try some freshly made, and tour a truly impressive brewing behemoth!
