In 2006 along with partner David Fris, the two looked back to their similar European heritage to create a venture that felt like home – and thus Blu Jam Café was born. Acclaimed for its decadent and unparalleled breakfast, the restaurant was built on the cornerstone of impeccable service with a personal touch. Involved in all the day-to-day operations, Majer can be found regularly interacting with guests, managing the kitchen, or sitting down for a quick glass of wine with a regular customer-become-friend.
