“known by the cool kids as Sea-Tac”
The Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, also known as Sea–Tac Airport or Sea–Tac, is an American airport. It is located in SeaTac, Washington, at the intersections of State Routes 99, 509, and 518, about 1.5 miles west of Interstate 5
The best thing about this airport is the HUGE dinosaur skeleton! Be sure to take a picture with it before boarding your plane.
The outside of the building has a pic of Jimi Hendrix painted on it. Coming from the East you will see the Cascade Mountains, water, trees, buildings, homes, golf courses, and lots more. You can see Mt. Rainier from the sky, and I thought that was neat. As far as the airport, I didn't like that the rental car garage is off property. You have to catch a bus to get to your rental vehicle, and the line was super long. The airport also seems very spread out, so it felt like it took us awhile to get to our luggage, pickup our rental vehicle, exit the airport (my husband left me at the airport and came back to pick me/the luggage up to save hauling all of our luggage on the bus.) I did not see the giant skeleton the other reviewer talked about, so it must have been in another part of the airport. We flew Southwest from Chicago to Seattle.
