“family friendly food and fun”
Stellar Pizza, Ale, & Cocktails was established in 2001 when I set out to create the kind of place I would like to frequent in my beloved Georgetown neighborhood. After searching for the perfect location for over 3 years, I found the Bertoldi building, which once housed Beannie’s Tavern and the original Georgetown Liquor. Along with several other buildings throughout Georgetown it is still owned by the Bertoldi Family today. The history and ambience of the building makes it the perfect place for an old-school pizzeria. We are committed to using as many fine local foods and outstanding family-owned craft brews as we possibly can. We buy our sausage from the Cascioppo family in Ballard, and our bread from La Panzanella. We make our own dough & pizza sauce daily. All our food is made to order, and well worth the wait!
