Capitol Cider is a handsome, old-fashionedy pub serving lots of kinds of hard cider—30 on tap—along with the usual drinky suspects, plus non-holier-than-thou gluten-free food. Also: oil paintings commissioned from the students and alumni at Capitol Hill’s Gage Academy of Arts, a fireplace, and a 107-year-old piano.
