“a velvet green road leads to a perfect beach”
A majestic beach surrounded on all sides by steep cliffside save the Western, which displays the Pacific Ocean eternal. Surfers gather, families cook scallops over fires and dogs launch frisbee-bound skyward all the day long. There's no camping on the beach, but if you're up for a moderate hike there are some shelters up the trail toward Tillamook Head. Also a good place for surfing in Oregon- all levels!
One of the most beautiful beaches I've been too! It's tucked away in a little cove and the waves are nice and gentle (great for beginner surfers), but still great for all. Lots of surfers are there, like a little surf community. It's a little walk into the beach, but well worth it!
