Welcome to the official site for the Bellevue Cafe!! The Cafe was established in August of 1988 by Spiro Mikropoulos. Under his direction, and now coupled with that of his daughter and son, Didi and Michael, the Cafe has continued to thrive in its 25 years serving the Schenectady/Rotterdam area. We strive to provide our customers with the freshest homemade entrees and soups, served by the friendliest of staffs and at the best possible prices. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oh! And don’t forget dessert! We hope to see you soon! Our soups are second to none.  All are homemade and will take the fall chill right out of you. We serve our soups all day long but when they’re gone, they’re gone.  So come in now and get some soup while it’s fresh and hot! We had some website trouble but we have rectified the situation and we are back online!  We will once again be posting lunch and dinner specials so keep checking our website regularly to see what we are offering each day.
