“Brick Oven Pizza”
Pizzeria Mamma Lucia is proud to cook you pizza in our one of a kind Le Panyol wood fired brick oven. Each hand stretched pie is placed on top of imported Lamage White Earth bricks, mined from the foothills of the Rhone Valley in France. The pizza cooks a short three minutes at 750 degrees, yielding a final product that is very crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy inside. We achieve a full flavor profile in the dough thanks to our use of imported Italian flour. Due to the unique construction and dome shape of the oven, only three pizzas can be fired at once.
