We pride ourselves in specializing in using all natural, gourmet ingredients in our products. We prepare a large variety of beef, pork, veal and turkey products in our own USDA certified facility. Our facility may be modern however, our products are still made with the highest Old World standards. We produce our masterpieces in small batches with the freshest ingredients, not by mass production. Karl Geier learned the art of sausage making in Germany many years ago, and now produces treasures in the USA for you to enjoy.  For years, not only our local retail customers but local restaurants and attractions have been buying our premium products.
