We offer a wide selelction of baked comfections, but also a German deli offering fresh soups and sandwiches on freshly baked breads! A full menu and special coffees to go with by-the-slice cake make us the perfect breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a snack on the way to the beach! A Taste of Germany was established in 2011 when owner, Tanja Hofmann and her family decided to open a German bakery in their favorite vacation spot, Siesta Key, Florida. Tanja, her husband and their son want to share some of the special foods they enjoy back home with their new friends in America.
Authentic German baked goods and imports- I get my bread rolls for breakfast (brotchen) here. Speak a little Deutsch with the owner too.
