“Stay like a local”
Our ninety-five room hotel is pleasant and inviting. Small enough to be cozy and large enough to provide options, Hotel Indigo is the perfect blend of luxury and at-home comfort. True to the Indigo name, our beach inspired décor welcomes you from the moment you enter our doors. From tranquil blue surroundings to wall-sized murals of local photography, we promise you will feel relaxed and renewed throughout your entire visit. Hotel Indigo is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Free on-site parking allows for convenient transit throughout town. For those who visit without a car, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the Sarasota-Bradenton airport (less than 3 miles away!) and many downtown destinations. In addition to a printer equipped business center, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. For those traveling with family, we offer king- and queen-sized options with available connecting suites. And, since we’d never ask you to leave the family cat or dog behind, we’re pet friendly. Designated the cultural center of Florida’s West coast, Sarasota is home to the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and the Sarasota Opera. Explore our circus history or delight in the newest art offerings. A beach-lover’s oasis, Sarasota is surrounded by white, sandy beaches and clear blue water. Siesta Key Beach, voted the #1 beach in America, is right across the bay. Whether you’re interested in fun in the sun or indulging your artistic side, a visit to Hotel Indigo Sarasota is bound to broaden your horizons…in more ways than one! We who call Sarasota home think of it as paradise on Earth. If experience has shown us anything, it’s that you won’t want to leave! Come give us a visit and experience true Southern hospitality on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
It's perfectly fine but hard to rate that highly when you have the Hyatt Regency opposite that tends to run about cheaper, in a similar market position - and has bigger rooms, a great view, and more facilities all around, it's just a better hotel, cheaper. So again, nothing wrong with it per se, there is just a significantly better option across the street.
On our stay the wifi was incredibly slow and we actually left. This place seems to be more about gimmicks (haikus and head massagers) than true comfort or function.
