Great place to stay for a week or more. Good facilities and plenty of stuff to do for the kids. Close to the beach and within 90 min from LA main attractions. Good and clean facilitates and wifi was rated excellent by my kids
Trade in the bright SoCal city lights for the twinkling stars high above the California Hills when you book a lux stay at the KOA Ventura Ranch. This is what glamping in Southern California is all about!
Choose between colorful teepees decorated with Native art or renovated old-fashioned station wagons to serve as your home base, as you enjoy views surrounded by lush mountain ridges and easy access to outdoor fun.
We think this is one of the best places to go glamping in southern California!
This place made me feel dirtier than if I’d been sleeping on the sidewalk. The bathrooms were dirty and the showers barely functioned. I felt dirtier AFTER showering than I did before. Peacocks woke me up at 5am and didn’t let me fall back asleep for more than 30 mins. I would only recommend this place to people who have small children (dirty), don’t stay here if you’re just passing through. There was a ridiculous amount of teepees, a frankly racist amount. Tacky.
Pros: Beautiful location. Wild peacocks in your site. Friendly staff. 24 hour laundry.
Con: sites are level
