Eldorado Hotel & Spa

Great location walking distance to all shopping and entertainment. Room is very spacious as well. Hotel overall is outdated and needs a little TLC. Staff is great but don’t expect a Valet.

They claim to be a four diamond hotel but you wouldn't be able to tell by their service. To start, it's almost impossible to park in front of the hotel to even check in. Valet parking is $25 for the night but no one was even around to park cars. I finally dropped my girlfriend off to check in and I circled the block multiple times waiting for the cars in front to move which never happened. She finished checking in and I picked her up. She was told we could park overnight in the catty corner parking lot overnight for $20. We pull into this parking and immediately saw a sign that said no overnight parking. We eventually found parking on the opposite side of downtown at a church for $20 where we could safely park overnight. You would also think that a four diamond hotel would offer some sort of bellhop service to help with your bags or at least open the door when you initially check in but that was not the case. Not only did we park across town and have to walk about a half mile away but had to carry our luggage back. The hotel is convenient to downtown but is not worthy of four diamonds.
