Four Sisters Inns is a prestigious collection of 15 smaller boutique inns and hotels located in California. It all began in 1976 when the Post family opened their home, the spectacular Green Gables Inn on the shores of Monterey Bay, to the public on a limited basis. Taken by the warmth of innkeeping, they refined hospitality to an art, carefully selecting inns for the collection. Each inn has to be very special: in architecture, history, location, and privacy. From city to country, the inns have become a haven for their guests.
