Shannon Noormand is the owner, operator and creator of Crushcakes Cupcakery & Cafe. Food is her greatest passion and has been for as long as she can remember! Shannon was born and raised in the restaurant business, the kitchen doubling as her playground, the long bar counter and cushy chairs her living room. Shannon learned how to cut a whole chicken before she was 10, cooking up meals for her family of homemade soups, pastas, roasted meats and more! She loved toning her baking talents using her mother’s old Kitchen Aide mixer, so long in the family, it delivered a shock every time she screwed in the metal bowl! Crushcakes & Cafe places our earth at the top of our VIP list. At Crushcakes & Cafe we use only earth sustainable disposable products and to-go ware. From our recyclable bakery boxed to our compostable sandwich and salad containers, we make sure that taking care of our earth for the long term is one of our highest priorities.
