The Steele Pig is a sophisticated marriage between Old South BBQ and contemporary Southern cuisine. Chef Chad’s menu and dishes feature newer Southern cuisine dishes with a focus on seasonal and local ingredients which enhance flavors. Seasonal menu selections can include grilled steaks, free-range chicken, North Carolina seafood, local produce, and huge pork chops, as well as house-made and locally-sourced desserts.
One of my favorite places to go.
