Gialina is named after Chef Sharon's Ardiana's grandmother Nonni “Lina,”. It is a tribute to her wonderful Italian family, who came from a town in Italy’s culinary heartland of Emilia-Romagna. The menu includes fresh antipasti and salads, delicious thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas and a roast of the day. The seasonal menu changes often and is based on produce obtained from local farms.
