I would always watched my grand-mother in the kitchen flipping the crepes in the pan. We say that when the crepe lands properly, it will be a full year a prosperity. My favorite holiday will always be La Chandeleur.  Every February 2nd, family gathers to eat crepes all day. For me it’s La Chandeleur everyday! I have perfected savory crepes with authentic buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is a gluten free, heathy and hearty flour which blends deliciously with any salty ingredients. And for the sweet crepes, I have kept my grand-mother secret recipe to make any mouth water!  I always make my crepes to order so you can taste the freshness of every organic ingredient.
